Welcome to PNEU. By downloading, installing, or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PNEU, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

PNEU is a wellness application that provides:

• Guided breathing exercises
• Grounding and mindfulness techniques
• Progress tracking and achievements
• Journaling features
• Multiple user profiles

3. Eligibility

PNEU is available to users of all ages. Users under 13 must have parental or guardian consent to use the app. Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising their children's use of the app.

4. User Accounts

Creating an account is optional. If you create an account:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• You must provide accurate information
• You can delete your account at any time

5. User Profiles

PNEU allows multiple profiles on a single device. You are responsible for:

• Creating appropriate profiles for family members
• Supervising children's profiles
• The content entered in journal entries and other user-generated content

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Interfere with or disrupt the app's functionality
• Use the app in any way that could damage or impair it
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

7. Intellectual Property

PNEU and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PNEU and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create in the app (journal entries, etc.). By using the app, you grant us the right to store this content locally on your device to provide the service. We do not access, collect, or transmit your user content to our servers.

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your information.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

PNEU is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy or reliability of any content

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PNEU and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the app
• Any conduct or content of any third party
• Any content obtained from the app
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your content

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PNEU and its creators from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the app or violation of these Terms.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the app immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the app will cease immediately.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
